Here are some resources you might find helpful!
Bientot l'ecole is a fabulous site based on the notion of preparing your child to succeed in French language school in Ontario. The website has documents, videos and other resources to help you navigate through this time.
Monde des Titounis is a wonderful resource for children. One of the best things about this website is that it has a lot of the classic songs and stories your children probably already know in English. Hearing a story they know well in a new language is a very helpful way for them to make connections. Along with songs and stories, if you click on the "Apprentisage" icon, you can find lots of basic French activities to help your children learn basic vocabulary.
Hello-World is a great website that has a goal of teaching language through fun and educational immersion activities. I suggest starting with the Children's Game section, which has some fun and basic French games.
Bandgee is a website where children can find free popular cartoons in French, such a Garfield and The Smurfs.
Tou.tv Jeunesse is a website made by Radio-Canada that also has lots of free online shows for children to enjoy.
